When They Use It / How It's Used

  • When converting slide decks into differentiated note-taking materials

  • Teacher uploads slides or a PowerPoint presentation

  • Each note references specific slide numbers giving students anchors back to the presentation

What It Delivers/Produces

Default output generated automatically:

  • Level 1 – Basic Guided Notes: Simple fill-in-the-blank format, 2–3 key bullet points per slide, and slide numbers included

Optional levels available upon request:

  • Newcomer Level: For beginning ELL students with simplified vocabulary, visual cues, sentence frames, and 1–2 key concepts per slide

  • Level 2 – Structured Analysis: Graphic organizers, comparison charts, and scaffolding for analysis

  • Level 3 – Critical Thinking: Question-based formats requiring explanation and advanced analysis prompts

Optional standards alignment available upon request: highlights which AZ HS math, ELA, or biology standards each slide addresses, and adds standards-based prompts for teachers.
