What It Delivers/Produces

Universal scheduling features: never double-books any person, room, or resource; honors all stated constraints; matches duration requirements with available time blocks; considers travel time; and balances workload distribution.

Output tables include:

  1. Primary Schedule Table: Date, time, location, primary party, participants, duration, and notes

  2. By-Person View: Individual schedule showing all commitments

  3. Resource Analysis Table: Total scheduled hours, available hours remaining, and utilization percentage

  4. Conflict Summary: Conflict type, affected parties, and 3 resolution options with trade-offs

  5. Coverage and Substitute Needs: Dates, times, and suggested coverage when applicable

  6. Summary Statistics: Total sessions scheduled, participants involved, time period covered, and unscheduled requirements

Follow-up offerings include generating substitute requirements, creating calendar invites, drafting parent notification letters, and calculating total hours or costs.
