Our Terms of Service specifically prohibit using the services for activities that are inconsistent with an educator's role, including creating and selling commercial products or services.
Additionally, MagicSchool prohibits using its services to infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights. Selling content generated on MagicSchool could potentially lead to copyright infringement issues if the content includes or adapts existing copyrighted materials.
