Tool Calling lets you access MagicSchool's tools directly through Raina without leaving the chat. Just describe what you need, and Raina will identify the right tool, collect the necessary details, and generate your output, all in one conversation.
How it works
Type your request in Raina. Describe what you need in plain language, for example, "I need a quiz on the American Revolution for 8th grade" or "write a professional email to a parent about a missing assignment."
Raina identifies the right tool. Raina maps your request to the best matching MagicSchool tool automatically.
A form appears, pre-filled where possible. A structured input form collects any remaining details, such as grade level, subject, topic, and standards. Required fields are validated before generation to make sure the output is complete.
Raina generates your output. The result appears directly in the chat thread, with the same quality and formatting as if you'd gone to the tool directly.
Refine from there. You can follow up in Raina with natural language requests like "simplify the questions," "make this more formal," or "add two more items," or edit the output directly in Studio Mode.

No, all of MagicSchool's tool pages are still fully available. Tool Calling in Raina is an additional way to access them, useful if you prefer working in a conversational flow or discover a tool through Raina rather than browsing the catalog. Both paths produce the same output quality.
