➕ How to Add a Student Room Template
Browse Ready Made Student Rooms.
Click on the desired Student Room Template and click Add Room to add it to your MagicSchool Student Rooms.
✏️ How to Edit a Student Room Template
Select the three vertical dots next to Invite Students.
Once the template is added, click the three vertical dots in the Actions column.
Select Edit Room.
Add or delete tools as needed.
To add a tool, select + Add Tool.
To delete a tool, select the tool and click the trash can icon at the bottom.
Select Configure to customize tool details.
Text and Prompts: Change the name of the tool, prompts, reading level, and more.
AI Parameters: Update the chatbot instructions to keep conversations focused on specific objectives or tasks aligned to your students' needs.
Files: Add your own relevant files or links.
Save your changes.
Choose Save to Room to save all changes.
