Yes, you can share student rooms with others.
When the share link is used, the recipient will receive a copy of the room settings, including tools and customizations, as they were at the time of sharing. However, this does not include the data for students, co-teachers, or other information.
How to Share a Room Template
Click the three vertical dots at the end of the row for the student room.
Select Share Template.
Change the access setting from Private to Public or Org Only.
Click Copy Link.
Share the link with others.
