How to Access, Create, and Share Collections

Collections let you group your favorite MagicSchool tools by theme, subject, or workflow and keeps everything organized in one spot.

Available in: Free, Plus, and Enterprise


How to Access Collections

You can find Collections in two places:

  • The Collections tab in the left-hand navigation

  • The Collections filter on the Teacher Tools page


How to Create a Collection

  1. Go to the Teacher Tools page.

  2. Click the Collections tab in the left-hand nav.

  3. Click New Collection.

  4. Give your collection a name (e.g., "Writing Unit," "PD Toolkit").

  5. Add tools to the collection.

  6. Click Save.


How to Share a Collection

Once created, you can share a Collection with colleagues using a shareable link.

  1. Open the Collection you want to share.

  2. Click Share.

  3. Copy the link and send it to others.
