Our standard session lasts 24 hours. This means that once a student logs in and uses the site, they will remain logged in for a day. If the student engages in any activity within that period, the session resets based on their last action.
For example: if a student logs in at 1 PM, opens their room at 4 PM, and uses a tool at 8 PM, their session will reset to 24 hours from 8 PM.
📝 Note: Sessions cannot be extended beyond 24 hours due to compliance requirements.
How students can access their room and output history after a session ends depends on whether your school uses SSO:
If your school uses SSO: Students can log in and access their Output History at any time through your school's SSO portal.
If your school does not use SSO: Students can rejoin the room and access their output history using the join code
