Admins with the appropriate permissions can customize and activate tools — such as lesson plan generators — for specific subjects and grade levels. They can upload standards and provide custom instructions to ensure the tools meet district needs.
Once ready, these tools can be launched to the entire organization, making them available on educators' dashboards for easy access and ensuring consistency and high-quality resources across the district.
⚙️ How to Create a Custom Enterprise Tool
Click "My Organization" in the left-side panel
Select "Enterprise Tools"
Choose the tool you wish to customize
Select from the available options under "Create a New Enterprise Tool" at the bottom of the page.
Customize the tool
Configure it to fit your organization's specific needs — including subject, grade level, standards, and custom instructions.
Deploy or share the tool
📝 Note: To deploy to your full organization: click "Enabled" then "Done." To share with select colleagues for testing: click "Disabled," then "Copy Test Link," then "Done."
