RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) is a technology that enables chatbots to efficiently process large documents. It breaks documents into smaller chunks, searches for relevant information, and uses AI to generate accurate answers — making it easier to retrieve information from even the largest files without manual searching.

There are three RAG tools available to Enterprise organizations:
Handbook Chatbot
Curriculum Chatbot
Custom Enterprise Chatbot
⚙️ How to Create a RagBot for Your Organization
Follow these steps to customize and deploy a RagBot:
Click "My Organization" in the left-side panel.
Select "Enterprise Tools".
Scroll to the bottom of the page to find "Create a New Enterprise Tool".
The Create a New Enterprise Tool section appears at the bottom of the page, after your Enabled Tools and Disabled Tools sections.
Choose the RAG tool you want to customize.
Select Handbook Chatbot, Curriculum Chatbot, or Custom Enterprise Chatbot.
Upload your documents and customize the tool.
Add attachments and configure the tool to fit your organization's specific needs.
Deploy or share the tool.
To deploy across your organization: click "Enabled" then "Done." The tool will be available to all users in your organization.
To share with select colleagues for testing: click "Disabled," then "Copy Test Link," then "Done." Share the link directly with specific colleagues.
💡 Tip: Use the test link before enabling broadly. This lets you verify the chatbot's responses against your uploaded documents before deploying it to your full organization.
