When a teacher creates a lesson plan, a writing scaffold, or an email to families, the output already reflects the latest district guidance, without teachers needing to stop and look it up.

How It Works
Once an Org Admin uploads documents to Knowledge, MagicSchool uses them to automatically inform outputs across tools like the Lesson Plan Generator, Writing Feedback, and more. Teachers don't need to take any extra steps — the guidance shows up where they need it.
How to Access Knowledge
Go to My Organization in the left-hand panel.
Select Knowledge.
Upload your district documents.
Enable Knowledge to apply across your organization's tools.

Who can manage Knowledge?
Only Org Admins with the appropriate permissions can upload and manage Knowledge documents.
Does this replace Custom Enterprise Tools or RAG Bots?
No. Knowledge works alongside Custom Enterprise Tools and RAG Bots. Knowledge applies district guidance broadly across tools, while RAG Bots are chatbots built around specific uploaded documents for on-demand Q&A.
Is my uploaded content private?
Yes. Uploaded documents are only used within your organization and are subject to MagicSchool's privacy and data protection policies.
