Please try unlinking and relinking your account. Unlinking is disconnecting and reconnecting the Google account associated with your MagicSchool account. You can find the unlink option under Profile Settings — click your name/email address at the bottom left of the screen and select Profile Settings. Once you unlink, you can relink by exporting an output and walking through the steps.
