Enterprise users can share feedback with students through PDF downloads of approved submissions.
✨ What's New
When this feature is enabled at the org level:
Teachers can export any approved submission as a PDF.
This works for any submission in Class Writing Feedback, including old submissions from Google Drive, Google Classroom, and OneDrive.
Submissions can be exported individually or in bulk.
When exported in bulk, a ZIP file is created containing individual PDFs for each submission.
You can download PDFs an unlimited number of times.
📝 Note: The essay itself is not included in the PDF — only the feedback is exported.
⚠️ Limitations
⚠️ Limitation: Submissions can only be exported after they have been approved.
⚠️ Limitation: You must complete a privacy acknowledgment step before downloading feedback.
⚙️ How to Enable for Your Organization
