You can duplicate any room you have access to — whether you are the owner or a co-teacher.

Click the three vertical dots
These are located at the end of the row for the room you want to duplicate, on the Rooms list page.
Select "Duplicate Room"
Confirm the duplication
When the confirmation popup appears, click "Duplicate Room" again.
Look for the success message
A "Room Successfully Duplicated" message will appear at the top of the page.

The room name — with "[Copy]" added to indicate it's a duplicate. You can rename it at any time.
All tools and customizations from the original room.
The grade level from the original room.
Your role — if you were a co-teacher in the original room, you will be designated as the creator of the new room.
📝 Note: The new room will be set to Active by default, regardless of whether the original room was paused or locked.

Co-teachers are not copied to the new room. You will need to manually add any teachers you want to include.
Students and their data are not copied. The new room starts completely empty. You will need to share the new room link or join code with your students.
